The hotel arbitrarily canceled my booking 617604912 dated 06/09/2023 on the Ostrovok website. In the conditions of the booking, it was clearly indicated that payment on the spot (!!!) upon arrival...

Very modern, yet feel good and cosy. Friendly and helpful staff with some english skills. The room was very nice, bright, clean and warm. Excellent wifi.
The hotel is easy to find, free parking...

I would highly recommend Ladoga.Very clean hotel (we have stayed for 2 nights in two different rooms,both were spotless clean)The staff are incredible lovely and helpful.Good breakfast choice...
