If you consider to stay in Kemerovo this is the hotel to stay! Also the restaurant is the best over there.
You have to drive about 2o minutes to the city centre but this is only choice to stay in...

Let's face it, there's not much choice in a coal mining town like Kemerovo and all the other hotels are Soviet era dumps, so one goes there with very low expectations.

very good hotel which I did not expect in Syberia, the only thing is very hot in the room during the winter. They have very good sauna, jacuzzi, so called bania
