well where should i start the room that we were given was not what we paid we asked for amove but was told the hotel was full even when we booked up well in advance for the room was average curtains...

This hotel is NOT 4*, it is 3* at best. The good points, the hotel is located literally a stones throw from really nice beach, and lots of restaurants and bar and shops etc. OK, that's the good...
