Just arrived back to the UK with my family after staying in the villa Adonara on the Kokyang Estate. This was our third time staying in a villa by Tropiclook and it was amazing as ever. The villa is fantastic, it’s spacious, modern, clean, the pool is a fantastic size and well kept. Dealing with Tropic look was very easy and all the team are lovely and very helpful. The cleaners and pool /gardeners come twice a week, The area is a lovely place it’s close to bars and restaurants yet not to loud and lively, Naiharn is only a short taxi ride away from Patong, the big buda, the night market and much more so this villa is very conveniently situated. We thoroughly enjoyed or stay at the kokand estate and will be booking again soon for next year.

After finding this villa on booking .com we were sure there was some sort of catch.... but no, the villa looked Exacty like the pictures! It was so beautiful and clean, the pool was a great size and got the sun all day. Cleaners came regularly, as well as gardeners and pool cleaner. John was lovely, he met us on arrival to show us Around, gave us lots of information and could not have been more helpful. There is also a phone that you can use... FREE of charge! The villa is a short walk from bars and shops, and is in a nice quiet area with a security gate so very safe, A long walk from the beach but a pleasant walk if you are able, took us about 20 minutes, or a short taxi ride there will cost 200 baht. The area has lots of bars and shops and is good for excursions, we visited an elephant sanctuary and the James Bond island without to much traveling. We were aware that there were a number of units of electric included in the price, but there could be an extra cost if more than the daily allowance was used, however when checking out we were told that there was no extra to pay as we had not exceeded the daily allocation, so clearly the allocated amount of units is sufficient. We paid a Bond on arrival, and this was handed straight back to us when checking out, no problems. We will definitely be returning to Thailand in the future and most definitely would return to this villa, we loved every minute of our stay and can honestly say we could not find one thing to grumble about, the villa and the customer service were second to none.

We've been staying there for two weeks, and we have such a good memories. The villa itself is very beautiful, fully equipped, spacious, light and tidy. You really feel cosy inside the house and don't wanna leave it. Location is perfect, not far from the main street, but still far enough not to hear road noise. Definitely recommend it!
