Basic Course: Covers all the essential knowledge about coffee, including learning the history of the coffee world, testing to distinguish different aromas (Sensory skills), practicing cupping, smelling and tasting, understanding basic coffee‐roasting principles, and training in basic coffee brewing by drip (Pour Over).
Brewing Advance: Delves into Pour Over coffee extraction, where learners will enjoy fundamental knowledge about coffee beans, understand the components of coffee flavor and the factors affecting taste, practice aroma identification and recall, and learn techniques to adjust coffee flavor so your favorite cup tells a richer story than ever before.
