What's Included with Flight Disruption Care?
Within 24 hours before departure, if your flight is cancelled or delayed by more than 2 hours on the day of travel, you'll receive an instant email notification with 2 options for you to choose from.
1. Rebook a new flight immediately. If you need to get to your destination as soon as possible, simply choose from the alternative flights we offer. Any airline is available, as long as it's the same cabin class, covered within your chosen plan limit, and no out-of-pocket payment required.
2. Receive a 100% ticket refund. If none of the available flights work for you, or you've decided not to travel, you can request a full refund of your ticket fare and taxes, 100% (excluding any add-on services).

Yes, if you're not satisfied with the available rebooking options, you have 24 hours after the last flight of your disrupted travel segment has landed to request a refund. Service satisfaction guarantee refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
